Standard UK Delivery Charges:

£0.00 to £9.99 - £2.99 (usually sent by Royal Mail*)

£10.00 to £19.99 - £4.99 (usually sent by Royal Mail*)

£20.00 to £59.99 - £6.99 (usually sent by City Link courier*)

£60 and over - FREE DELIVERY (usually sent by City Link courier*)

Priority delivery services are also available when you checkout buy are subject to surcharge

Method of Delivery
The majority of orders are delivered via City Link, Royal Mail Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery dependent on value and package size.

Collections
You are now able to make collections from our new store located at DIY Security Centre, 136 Watford Road, Rickmansworth, Herts, WD3 3BZ. Collections are subject to store availability so it is recommended you contact us before arranging a store collection.

Delivery Times
Under normal circumstances orders are processed and delivered within 3 - 5 working days. However please allow up to 7 days from the time of ordering for delivery. Priority delivery services are also available when you checkout buy are subject to surcharge
